Refunds & Returns Policy

At Velor Homes, we want you to love your purchase for your home. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • For hygiene reasons, cushion covers that have been used cannot be returned.

  • Sale or promotional items may not be eligible for return (unless defective).


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Please email us at support@velorhomes.co.za within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the item.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
     

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  • Email us at support@velorhomes.co.za with your order number and reason for return.

  • Wait for confirmation and return instructions.

  • Our courier will pick up the order in a reasonable time.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We currently only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need a different design or style, please place a new order.
